Compared to Vancouver, home prices in Langley are 20-30% cheaper on average. The benchmark figures below come from the original video and will have moved since, so treat them as a ratio rather than as today's number, and check current active prices before you budget:

✔ Milder Winters – not much snow in absolute terms, but more than Vancouver gets, and winters here are mostly cold, wet and cloudy
✔ Hot Summers (But Shorter) – July & August are the warmest months, followed by June, and recent years have brought a couple of serious heat waves
✔ Cooler Nights – daytime highs run slightly warmer than Vancouver's and overnight lows slightly colder, so warmer by day and colder by night
