Surrey is divided into six large regions, each with its own distinct vibe, housing types, and lifestyle offerings:

  • Whalley / City Centre – The downtown core with ongoing redevelopment and SkyTrain access.

  • Guildford – Home to one of BC’s largest malls, great parks, and Fraser Heights.

  • Fleetwood – Centrally located and family-friendly with future SkyTrain expansion.

  • Cloverdale – A blend of heritage charm and modern developments.

  • Newton – Surrey’s most diverse area, home to many families and businesses.

  • South Surrey – Beaches, golf courses, and upscale living near the US border.

Whalley / City Centre

Guildford

Fleetwood
